Nice staying and staffs are very friendly . Breakfast was good and we'll supported by Ashwathi . We had stayed with mu 7 months old son and we got well support from hotel staffs . And the hotel is at the middle of the city so that all tourist places in kochi can be access easily.

Very comfortable and in the heart of the city. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Aswathi for the help and service, and the breakfast buffet is worth the cost. Will totally recommend.

The room service representative NIKHITHA I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and resolve my issue. I was really impressed with the level of service I received.I had a great experience with the customer service team at this Hotel. They were very responsive and helpful, and they were able to resolve my issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.I was really impressed with the customer service I received at this hotel. The server was very attentive and friendly, and they made sure that we had a great dining experience also.
