Had been there for getaway weekend and was absolutely mesmerised and amazed by the location of the property and the hotel itself...... Thee food options are very vast and taste is just awesome.....The staff were amazing and very hospitable....will surely recommend and will come back soon☺️

Was at Mövenpick Al Marjan for a 1 night stay on business. Nice property with a beautiful sea view. Staff and service standards were awesome. Food at The Market was exceptional. Should specially mention Supun from the restaurant The Market who was a real role model for how staff should be. On your next visit, try reaching out to him. He’ll make it a special experience

The hotel is huge with all the facilities. Beachfront is long and enough sunbeds, pool is quite small for the size of the hotel. The rooms are spacious with big comfy bed and spacious bathrooms. The balcony also is an added charm. The only thing that needs to be improved is the staff service, no one greets you when you enter, checkin and checkout time is long, special request for room is not accommodated and the front office guy just tried to sneakily upsell us rooms, he did not even explain the facilities and features of the resort just like other hotels usually do. We had to wait 10 mins for the valet to bring our car, such hassle when we have dinner reservation to go to. The resort is nice but Accor needs to give this hotel better staff training.

A great start to the holiday, I arrived at 2200, the concierge looked after my bags and sent them to my room. The receptionist said that there's still time to have dinner so I enjoyed that then come back to check in. After getting back to reception, the receptionist on the desk Badr upgraded me with the best views in the hotel. I will update this review once I get back from holiday

We encountered some problems with check-in when we arrived. our room was not ready and we had to wait almost 2 hours from check-in time. But thanks to manager Arvind! he was so nice, accommodating and solved all our problems! thanks to his excellent work it was one of my best holidays. Thank you! we will definitely come back!
