Good location. Stayed in a court yard apartment. Bedrooms on the small size as was the ensuite. Interior a little dated. Good size kitchen , with ample appliances, plates, cutlery etc. court yard nice though spa very exposed to balconies above . Air con worked well but didn’t really reach the master bedroom and no ceiling fans. TV temperamental and glitchy. We stayed for 6 nights and no towel or linen change. Missed having a coffee machine. Staff pleasant and helpful and lots of cafe’s and other shops all within walking distance, as was Coles. If you want the hustle and bustle on your door step with lots of walk paths along the beach, this is a good place .

Great location being right across from beach with nice view and plenty of nearby dining options. short walk to Coles. Spacious 2 bed apartment with private heated spa on our deck was great. Prefer if spa was more secluded from neighbours view. We stayed 3 nights and would have expected daily towel and bed service but did not receive any. Nonetheless the reception service was very friendly.

Perfect location opposite Mooloolaba beach and on The Esplanade above cafes, bars and shops. Lots of activity close at hand and boardwalks along the beach. Walkers, runners, surfers and cyclists start their fitness early in the morning. Some cafes open from 5:30am. Mantra Zanzibar has an outdoor pool and a gym. I had a 3 bedroom apartment which had a laundry and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with a spa, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The balcony is huge, overlooking the beach area, as well as being private and wrapping around the sides, giving each bedroom access. There is also a private jacuzzi on the balcony (courtyard) and bbq, table and chairs and sun lounges. A family or group could have a great holiday here, I had it to myself. There are no fly screens so unfortunately could not leave doors or windows open at night. Birds, lorikeets I believe, roost in the large trees lining the esplanade, in the late afternoon and are rather loud. I could hear them during the night. They also awaken at about 4am and set off in flocks. Quite spectacular to see and hear, but does not lead to a peaceful stay, especially if you are not a morning person. I had a fabulous stay here. I felt safe and secure and the staff were friendly and helpful. A little expensive due to NSW school holiday time, I guess, but supplied what I needed. Could do with some TLC but a quite okay place to holiday. Mooloolaba had an Anzac Day dawn service on the beach, which made for a new experience for me.

Everything was amazing close to shops and restaurants. We had an outside spa on our large balcony along with a bbq stay was great we will be back next year in February can't wait. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything about the hotel was very clean. Our room had everything you need for a long stay looking forward to getting back there

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment for a girls weekend. It was very spacious, having a whole dedicated lounge space, dining, kitchen plus the balcony was great. We were directly across from the beach and in easy walking distance from anything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
