We're truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations and that several aspects of your room and experience caused discomfort and inconvenience. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the room and furnishings, including the broken bed, cleanliness concerns, and plumbing noise. These issues fall far short of the standards we aim to uphold, and we understand how frustrating this must have been—especially when it's too late in the evening to address them immediately. We also regret the limitations around room amenities and access to food and beverages after hours. Your comments about the vending machines and smart TVs are valid, and we appreciate the practical suggestions. Guest comfort and convenience are our priorities, and feedback like yours helps guide improvements. Regarding the grasshopper incident—we agree that’s unusual and apologize for the intrusion. While we are located in a natural setting, we do take pest control seriously and will review our current protocols to minimize such surprises.
