Lovely couple of hours spent in the marvellous Rundle Bar in the Fairmount Banff after a day of sightseeing. Sipped on a perfectly made Hendricks gin & tonic complimented by some snacks looking out towards the fabulous mountain views. Stunning interior decor to this bar.

Scott was fantastic. He gave us a history tour of the hotel as well as an outdoor wilderness walk. He is very knowledgeable. The scenic beauty of this town is unmatched. The hotel is charming. The free tours fill up so reserve them ahead of time.

Truly a Castle in the Rockies! Treated us like royalty on the 5th floor!

We stayed at Banff Springs for one night on our way across Canada. It was my brother’s 70th birthday & they surprised him with a birthday cake, chocolates & craft beer! Breakfast on the 5th floor was excellent! The guys loved your bacon! Everyone was so helpful. We only ordered room service because my brother has a brain injury & it was easier for him to eat in our room. My only suggestion would be to have a few more “special” meals on your dine in menu. Otherwise…. Fantastic!!!

Loved the location and view. Great room updates. The food was excellent and showed a true devotion to having multiple good restaurants on property. The bathroom had to be one of the smallest I had ever seen even in spite of wasted hall space in the room. This should have been changed in the renovation.

First visit to Banff and our stay at the Banff Springs made it a memorable one. Check-in friendly and efficient. Room spacious and well appointed. Located close to the village and the area activities. Plenty of one site activities for adults and families as well as other activities close by. Did the Banff Gondola which was very nice. Will stay longer next time!
