Amazing Stay but..

The room is really nice, probably because it's still relatively new. The hotel is right by the beach, Mandalika Beach, with its round, pepper-like sands. In terms of location, it's in the Mandalika area. Staying at Pullman would be very strategic during Mandalika events, but otherwise, there isn't much around. Regarding service, the staff is generally friendly, but I felt sorry for them when I ordered Ojek Online. The delivery guy had to park his motorbike downstairs and walk to the lobby, even though the security guard said it's usually allowed to bring the bike upstairs. Also, I had a driver with me, and he couldn't wait for too long in the lobby, even though it was spacious and quiet at the time. My poor driver had to wait on the side of the road until I was ready to go back to the lobby.

Lovely hotel to stay at - nice location on the beachfront, nice pool, really good breakfast Staff are amazing here - idin, Salman, Haris but most of all Gawah and Jean Gawah and Jean went way above and beyond what we expected and made sure we were always looked after . They spent time with us beyond the end of their shift to make sure we got to do the sunset walk properly and Jean took time out to teach us some yoga They really contributed to us having the best stay so big thank you Also - if you stay here , come out onto the beach and turn left , go to the end and there are some local vendors selling drinks, coconuts, sarongs and bracelets

The entire massage service was fantastic. Was served with a drink and a towel before the massage begin. And when invited into the massage, the massage was fantastic, masseuse (Lily) adjusted the massage pressure accordingly. After the massage was served with tea by Nining and it was a great experience overall!

absolutely satisfied with Pullman Mandalika, the cleanest n state of the art property in its class، especially 5 stars staff who came quick to respond to your problem. High respect to mas Huda of FnB who's been very helpfull n accomodative n the lovely mbak Nana of FO who generously comply 2 our request. Our 4d3n stay wouldnt be wonderfull without their hospitality, would always come back for now it has become our favourite resort in Lombok
