Very disappointed due to the below, Cockroaches in stair well and unit. Lounges stink to the point we refused to sit in them. Bed on top floor very uncomfortable. No curtains on top floor bathroom finding ourselves looking out the window at boats looking back at us.

Good location. Definitely needs a revamp. Very old. Tennis courts and games room definitely need upgrading and need internet access.
