A memorable stay

Very relaxing and comfortable. Reception is polite and efficient. Room is lovely especially the bed and smart pillows and new lighting. Like the water stored in glass bottles to save the environment. Surprise to see 4 types of tea provided. Took chamomile for a good night sleep. Breakfast has enough variety. Love the crispy green lettuce and hot cucur bawang and vadai. Having chefs on hand to make them is a very good idea. Waiters are helpful and attentive. Like the vending machine that serves different types of hot coffee. Very convenient for shopping, eating at the mall and watching movies. Parking is convenient too. I have to attend a three hour meeting via zoom and please with the wifi. Excellent internet connection. Overall a wonderful and pleasant stay. Thank you Novotel Taiping and Accor group.

The Hotel situated close to everything. Most of the thing are within 15 minutes walking distance. Staffs are friendly, was treated like a VIP even though I am just Silver member.
