Excellent location walking distance from beach and market, courteous staff, new rooms and good amenities. Very good pool and pool bar. The breakfast spread is quite good. The staff is well trained and very soft spoken and attentive and preemptive to the needs of guests.

It was wonderful experience here at Novotel. The staff at the front desk like Shweta, Shambhavi and Mandvi. I also appreciate the staff at Spa and Pool. All in it was Awesome. Next time I will love to come with my family due to the atmosphere here. All the best.

Hospitality Staff amazing and always smiling .Front desk not so gt Front desk Manager promised upgrade as my birthday to next category but never materialised. Consider discussing any F&B discounts in advance if offered as at final bill they will refuse .We spent 8 nights booked 3 suits but were not offered any discount on F&B as booked through online portal and there online is more expensive. SPA needs to train staff as was not worth the money charged better options outside. Jacuzzi never worked more then 10% needs maintenance urgently. Security does not allow flowers even to the reception and have no communications between the gate and security my flowers were refused and despite informing the front desk .They are charging for everything in this resort even for the game of pool or some common games. There is no evening entertainment and there bar is like a cafe .Apart from there lovely staff and food I would not recommend this resort .

Additionally, the lack of maintenance for amenities like the Jacuzzi and the strict security policies regarding flowers can detract from the overall experience. Your feedback regarding the value for money, lack of F&B discounts, and the need for improvements in the spa and entertainment offerings is valuable and can help the resort improve its services in the future.
