I was not offer the welcome drinks when arrive the 1st stay by a gentleman with curly hair and wear glasses. Then I realise when I check in again after 2 days stay at the beach. Ms Sunagawa is so attentive and dedicated to her job , so offer us an upgrade for the rooms and recommend us the Type of welcome drinks to try. We hope as a member we wish to feel welcome and appreciated at least. Thank you.

I love the place

Thank you very much for staying at Mercure Okinawa Naha. We are happy to know that you found the location of our hotel convenient. There are lots of restaurants, bar, supermarkets nearby and even a drugstore. Yui rail is also just situated in front of our hotel, which makes the access to the city center easier. Got a good room, staff helpful. Nothing to complain about. Selection at breakfast not up to expectation - only the bare minimum. The porridge helped, but even miso soup was without aby other than the soup itself etc.etc.

Hotel rooms are well maintained and of high standard. The staff is very service minded, forthcoming and kind. Location is excellent with respect to access to airport and distance to central city locations.
