Booked one night in Mercure Ba Na Hills. Such an interesting hotel with unique design. As an ALL member we got a special check-in lounge to skip the line in the reception desk. Had dinner at Le Table restaurant and was served by our lovely waitress, Farah. She explained the menu well and carefully attended our table.

A very calm and cozy place to have lunch with family. The place had a nice sitting area with scenic views. The staff was very polite and courteous. Farah ensured that we all were comfortable and also helped us in selecting the food. All though very limited options for vegetarians

We stayed in hotel on bana hills and we have visited the restaurant la crique on dinner. We paid for premium buffet untimited wine. All staffs took care us well and always fill up our wine glass everytimes when its empty! Especially Hoa Cara, thank you so much for taking care of us we have enjoyed so much ;-) vietnamese staffs are very polite and nice 🥰

We are very happy with the service, friendly staff, especially Channie Trang. Fresh air. Great cable cars access.rooms are clean and all the facilities are provided efficiently. Restaurants are great too with variety of great delicious foods. I will definitely take my family back here in the near future, I would recommend everyone coming to here to enjoy staying for 2 nights.

The location was gorgeous. The staff at reception was not warm welcome properly. However, overall there are good here. Last, thank you for Mr Nui bellboy he was nice, entertain and recognized when we were checked out and help us for luggage.
