Stayed here for bank holiday weekend the hotel is very welcoming and lovely and clean the beds were so comfy an the staff are very polite an friendly the food was very nice including the breakfast all in all I had a perfect stay was money well spent

I just love staying at this hotel. The Breakfast is just superb. My bedroom was spotless, the bed so comfy and the team just make you feel so welcome. If you are looking for a couple of days away in the Fine City of Norwich then this is the place to stay. Its a beautiful walk in to the city through Sloughbottom park. Well done for being consistently fabulous.

I booked on-line and had a no show the day before, however I did not book that day online. It wasnt noticed as I did not receive a confirmation mail.. The receptionist found me a room on checking in the following day (24th)

I have been staying at the Mercure a few times now over the last 2/3 months. Each stay has been fantastic with a warm welcome from the team. I can see the hotel are renovating each room now. Especially the privileged rooms. With bedside USB C charging points, rainfall showers. It’s great to see the hotel investing and upgrading the rooms. Also fantastic to see the team recognising my loyalty status with the Accor group. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel for business or holidays. Close to the airport and connections across Norfolk
