Happy and more than happy to be at this place Pullman arcadia Naithon beach is AWESOME literally! Sit and chill and read this (well detailed) review if u wanna visit this place. I’ve been visiting since 2013.. and guess what.. each time I visit .. there must be something NEW they add to this place.. food and beverages keep on getting creative ideas / styles.. morning breakfast is the best I’ve seen around in Phuket, no doubt..At least to us😇 Once u arrive.. the ladies at the gate way and reception will welcome you with their beautiful smiles :) very friendly, very polite and helpful. •International breakfast buffet, Thai food, bakery yummy, Healthy food, salad 🥗 fruit 🍉, •NEW fresh juice.. u select ur own fruit and vegetables and let them blend it for you. Have it fresh ur own way! And they also have Hummus & Babaghanooj haha 😋 (some middle eastern food) Really Thank you everyone 😇 for the effort you put in, the team works together and with their smile…everyone’s happy to serve you🤍 ^^don’t believe me.. go and see yourself guys! •Love the food with variety of menus on the table. 1000% delicious, Specially @vero #italian with the new chef.. they rockin it, Hats off to the chef and his assistantsss they are putting all they have to bring you happiness. •Rooms are super comfortable, Very Clean. Many types of rooms , With complimentary H2O therapy water. No hotel done that before! Shout out to the house keepers who served 1804 they’ve done an amazing job, Super helpful and friendly Khob khun na 😇 •Kids club for ur kids to play.. not only that there’s also a playground 🛝 for them as well, friendly staff ready to help at any time! •Fitness Lounge is amazingly big and they also have classes of yoga / Muay Thai etc according to their schedule. Equipments are from TECHNOGYM WOW! my type of fitness! Thx to Trainer Kung and his team :) Newest thing they have is M-Bar for adults only, mexican style I recommend the spicy shot! It’s so amaaaazing! 🥵 Thx to Gam and her lovely team up there 😇😇😇 C-Bar good coffee/ cocktails and virgin drinks for those who didn’t drink alcohol like us! Thanks to K. The property is slightly dated, with undulating slopes and inadequate shelter. However, umbrellas are provided at various points. The rooms are rather cosy, with great views of the ocean and shoreline. Housekeeping is consistent and vigilant. The service teams are impressive, from front office, F&B, to back of house. The GM, himself, Brett, was ever present; ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Great hotel for relaxation, The check was fast and smooth upon check in all details provided also escorted by the woman who done check in really nice service from reception. Specially thanks to Bow and Syn for providing amazing service during the stay they are always positive and smile full of energy. Pool area is large with complimentary water with lemon inside also there is a waiter who has refilling machine on his back and put water in glasses (first time saw something like that) really amazing! Room is large and clean with nice balcony over looking to beach. Definitely will come back to this hotel in near future.

We returned for 3 weeks after visiting in 2022 and had a great time, our daughter loves the pool so even though we went out a lot the pool was used a lot and we loved sitting around it looking up the coast line. We stayed in an ocean view room and it was amazing 1st class. Albert and the team were amazing as per our 1st visit. We ate in but mainly out along the small strip !! I can’t recommend this hotel more it’s simply one of the best I have ever visited nothing is up much trouble !!

Adults only. Don’t bring kids.

If you have children avoid this place like the plague. The family rooms overlook a pool that used to be a family pool but has been changed to “adults only” with a tequila bar. Instead you have to catch a shuttle bus from your family room to the other side of the resort to take your kids for a swim. Kids club consists of a sterile room where they can paint and draw but that’s about it. No fun activities like most hotels would have for children. My kids went once and then never wanted to go again. There are no games rooms or any activities at all for children. In my opinion they should just make the whole hotel adults only and be done with it. There are basically 2 dinner restaurants, an Italian and a Thai restaurant. Definitely not enough for a hotel that is positioned in such a remote location on the island. There are plenty of tequila bars, wine bars and various other bars if that’s your thing. In my opinion, axe some of these bars and replace with other dining options. I could be wrong but my opinion is most people enjoy a few cocktails and beers around the pool, but very few people are interested in dedicated tequila and wine bars. In summary if you don’t have kids and drinking alcohol is what you love best on holiday, then this place is for you. If you do have kids or enjoy a wide range of dining options avoid this one.

Having spoken with you during your arrival to discuss the changes and offering you choices to make sure your family stay could be the best it could be - we feel slightly sad, given you made the decision to continue to stay and we checked in with you every day to ensure all was fine. You are correct, we did make a decision to turn the float pool area in to Adults only with a modern Mexican food & Margarita concept. Prior to the changes we consulted regular family guests, our business partners and loyal members. The feedback was extremely positive with most families suggesting the main pool located closest to lobby was their preferred choice due to the views and proximity to the restaurants. Having my kids live in the resort since they were born, they tend to live at the kids club so not sure why your kids didn't enjoy but every child is different. I know the team have taken your comments onboard and will make a better effort to ensure a copy of the activities is known when first arriving - thank you for help us in this matter. At Pullman we certainly welcome kids and will continue to welcome kids as we appreciate family time is one of the most important parts of our life - we just hope you may be able to appreciate we also want the Adults to have some quality time too - even those with kids deserve some time out when on holidays.
