Ultravanila TripAdvisor review

For me and my fam, Novotel Balikpapan still shown their best hospitality in Balikpapan. We prefer to stay here than other hotel. Novo has spacious bedroom and various breakfast choice, also an awesome pool. Glad to be back to Novotel Balikpapan to spend the weekend with our loved ones.

1. Fulfill our request to do treatment for carpet since our 2 sons having dust allergy. 2. Clean & neat every inch of room. 3. Reasonable value to stay even extended night. 4. Friendly staff. 5.
