Everything was great, except by the fridge that wasn't working thus the water was not cold (room 712)

Hotel does not provide statement of lodging unless you specifically ask for it at check out. In room dining required me to pay directly to server, so I had to chase the receipt afterwards. Value charged did not match the value of dinner - off by 50 cents. Anyone who works at major companies will know that this is NOT expense report friendly - too much hassle.
