Excellent Experience at Swissotel! Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The view from our room's balcony was stunning, the food was delicious, and the spa facilities were top-notch. What stood out the most was the incredible team. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. A special thanks to Alima from the Quarter restaurant! Her exceptional service made our stay smooth and enjoyable. My family and I arrived for breakfast but struggled to find a table due to our large group. Alima quickly stepped in and helped us find a spot, ensuring we were all seated together. Her efficiency and prompt assistance made our morning so much smoother. Thank you and best regards, Aiza

The hotel's distinctive forest sections provided a chance to connect with nature. There was also a wonderful natural setting for strolling around the small lake with ducks, and many fish in it. We were captivated by the hotel's serene ambience. We were pleased by the variety of flavors and presentation of the food. We definitely recommend you try the seasonal restaurant Phoenix, which is located over the lake. it provides a chance to unwind with both indoor and outdoor pool options. We appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the entire staff. Without a doubt, we would like to return there.

Retreat in Almaty

This is the best hotel property in Almaty. I have stayed here with my family this year and last year, however I am sorry to say that the stay this time is less pleasing than last year. The breakfast food quality has lowered and the options are very repetitive, some food have not been prepared well except for the live cooking egg station. The AC in our room is not cooling enough even if set at the lowest temperature, for 6 nights while we are sweating our way to sleep. Nonetheless, I will still choose to stay here again if we ever do come back to Almaty, hopefully by then the issues i just mentioned have been rectified.

Amazing stay! Grounds and facilities were amazing. Room was spacious and clean. Extensive pools and Jacuzzis and sauna beautiful trees and grounds. Staff was excellent across-the-board from weight staff to check in to management. In one particular case, my son lost his favorite stuffed animal, and the night manager Aivaz went above and beyond to work with housekeeping to get a specific report on the cleaning of our room and helped us identify my son’s beloved stuffed animal. He saved the day!
