Excellent services . Thank you shahdev for keeping my room always fresh and clean . Highly recommended! Would definitely return everytime I am in Dubai . Everything on time and 5* services . So impressed with the way they deal with their clients and keep the atmosphere soo welcoming . Thank you .

Very good but not excellent.. Rooms were clean however, the bathroom was small and little dated. The floor corridors were comparatively smaller. The location is perfect for those looking for the dubai nightlife. However, the restrobar is located right near the lobby and as you enter the hotel at night and move to the lift, you are greeted with smell of alcohol and cigarettes. Perhaps management can look into it as it spoils the atmosphere. Breakfast menu is a good mix. But the food in the Indian section is not fresh and they provide warmed packed parathas. I had some issues with the availability of food and the hotel staff was kind enough to take extra care to address my issues. I hope this is taken care of without guest having to raise any concern. Staff was cordial,.no complaints. Will I stay there next time..!! Perhaps I will rethink.

Poor experience on my first solo vacation in 4 years

I stayed here for a weeks holiday in September 2024. The hotel staff are of mixed experience, you will have the experience of great helpful staff and some that are rude and unhelpful. The stay was okay until I returned, on arrival I placed a preauthorisation amount on my credit card to cover anything I ate or drunk during my stay. I settled the amount at check-out and was told that the preauthorisation amount would be returned to me within 14 days. This didn't happen and further charges were applied including the whole preauthorised amount directly as a charge to my account. The hotel have been unhelpful and now are not responding to my emails. Front office Duty Manager, Ali Ibrahim extremely unhelpful. Yoga Aditia, Guest Service Agent responded to my email admitting that they had made a mistake and that the funds would be released and in my bank within 24 hours, this never happened. Very poor experience on my first solo vacation in 4 years. will never be back to this hotel again.

My wife and I stayed at the Mövenpick hotel in Dubai last week. Despite being a little dated compared to the other newer hotels around about it, the hotel was of an excellent standard. The rooms were spacious, the service was excellent and the choice of food in the buffet restaurant was fantastic ( there is also an al la carte restaurant but we didn’t dine there). The location is right in the middle of Jumeriah beach so if you’re looking for a central location near the Dubai Marina and the beach then this is the place for you. Special thanks to Roslyn, Nadia, Toshit and Melvyn for looking after us. 👏 👏 👏 👏

We went to The Talk Restaurant For dinner with my wife. It was really a good experience to visit here We enjoyed the food and spacially the service of the staff Spacial thanks to Hafeez who took care of us very well really appriciate All the staff is very kind and polite Diffinately We will come back
