Love the location the pool is beautiful the rooms are not worth the money

I have been staying at Peppers palm cove at least once a year every year for the past 8 years I now think it's time for a change whilst i love the location and the swimming pool i find it hard to justify the cost of staying here again you have to carry your bags up flights of stairs as there is only one elevator in the entire place the rooms are dated and some are very small don't get me wrong, they are clean and comfortable it's just that they are not good value for money.

Had a wonderful stay here at Peppers in Palm Cove. The resort and facilities were absolutely beautiful. Location is right opposite the beach. We stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautiful, came with a spa bath on the balcony which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use. Only negative was the poor quality of coffee served at the buffet breakfast and perhaps a more varied menu is in order. The staff were very friendly and helpful, hoping to come back again soon!

We stayed just one night, The check in staff were great, the breakfast was very average, the room was very basic with a pretty uncomfortable bed, the parking was good but we were on the third floor and there was no elevator for luggage. Breakfast was very average

Whoever designed the bathroom must think that the guests like looking at themselves sitting on the toilet and cleaning themselves. Why would you have floor to ceiling mirrors 20cm to the right side of the toilet bowl and directly in front, and with the toilet roll situated to the left and behind. Rather limited basin space too. Outdoor spa on the balcony sounds nice except that the houses on the opposite side of the property, and guests on the ground floor can look up and see you. :0

Perfect relaxing getaway

The resort had a great vibe from the first walk in . Staff were lovely - room was exactly the one pictured and was comfortable which large fluffy towels - quality products and wonderful water pressure in the shower . Buffet breakfast was fantastic . We really loved being able To lounge around the pool and swim up to the bar to order drinks and food .
