This was our first time at Rixos Gocek after it was recommended to us, we were not disappointed. The location, food and facilities have been excellent. However what made the stay special was the excellent staff. Always polite, efficient and professional. We would love to return and a big thank you to all the staff.

Me and my partner have just spent a week at the Rixos. We was so overwhelmed with the amazing service from start to finish, we couldn’t thank them enough. It was a well and truly relaxing week. The staff could not be more helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The food was lovely, as were the drinks, so much choice and all made fresh. The complimentary boat trip was amazing and stopped at 3 places as was the sunset boat trip where you can have cocktails and DJ on board. The walk into Göçek itself was lovely and some lovely restaurants to eat out in if you do fancy eating out of the hotel. The only criticism we have is we wish we had done 2 weeks! We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you.

Great hotel and place

The hotel is in a great location and some beautiful grounds overlooking a marina. The staff are super friendly - Sparky on the secret beach prive side was fab and helpful. Also mr Habboubi who is one of the managers and he was great when we had any issues and problems. The staff work very hard and no complaints. There were so many staff members that were super helpful and amazing. The chef in the main restaurant super helpful and also accommodating to gluten free food and any other dietary requirements. Only thing is you have to pay extra supplements for the Italian and Japanese when I think they should be included as that is standard in most hotels now. Cleaning in rooms needs to be better at times but once you give them feedback they respond very quickly and try and fix it. Everything is done by QR codes in restaurants for menus. Day trip on boat was great - 3 stops for swimming but climbing in and out of boat the steps need securing. The secret beach is amazing and a short boat ride and such a beautiful place! Walking in gocek is also nice lots of shops but a bit more expensive.

Both myself and my wife have recently come back form this hotel and I can honestly say that the whole experience has been wonderful. The food, drink , rooms were all top class, but most of all the staff at the Rixos were all of the highest quality so much so that it would be unfair to name one or two people as all of them helped to make our holiday a great experience. Gocek is a wonderful destination which exudes class. We are looking forward to seeing you all next year.

We’ve just got back from an amazing 2 week holiday at Rixos Hotel Göcek and we are looking forward to coming back again next year and bringing our family. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like we were special!
