The room a little old . But the staff can speak Eng well. My kids enjoyed the snack bar very much. But a. It pity that the swimming pool was closed until July

All the staff are very happy to see that you and your children were able to enjoy the various menus in the lounge. However, we are sorry that you were not able to use the pool during your stay. Very good service , nice view , good service fro shuttle bus Delicious dinner and breakfast , ( will be excellence if there are Crab or Kani king crab and seafood in buffet )

It is our first time to travel to Japan and this hotel provided a good experience. The staff are most accomodating . For the price, they had a wide variety of buffet spread and the drinks in the afternoon and evening is welcoming. Amenities provided (Japanese robes included)made us feel at home. The room size is big for a Japanese hotel. The onsen has a relaxing view.

The room is big n comfortable, although the toilet is small. However, we used the Onsen bathroom, so not much of the issue, except washing face in the morning. The drinks provided at night was a very good idea, as we can relax and gather after the onsen. It would be nice if the snack can improve with small slices of cake. Location is not in central, but it is not far if one is driving. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you.

I had a great time here, we arrived hotel at late night with heavy rain, one of the staff was so helpful to help us get a parking lot with cover, so that we did not get wet :) The breakfast was good too, many options and all were tasty :)

Thank you very much for using Grand Mercure Beppu Bay Resort & Spa. On a clear day, you can see the magnificent Beppu Bay that spreads out in front of you, Mt. Takasaki towering on the opposite shore, and the beautiful scenery created by nature. If you have the opportunity to come to Oita again, please come to our hotel.
