We stayed 9 nights,and loved our upgrade. Unfortunately I had an accident while there and did not get to experience the visit to fullest extent . Staff were always willing to help with sny requests we had, A special thank you to staff in restaurant you are all amazing.

A great welcome from the front house (Toni) and another young lady when we checked in on the 18th at 5pm. After a cancelled flight, the team very kindly upgraded the room by a few grades, not just a one level upgrade. The Loft Suite was beyond expectations - double sink, high ceiling, complete soundproofing. Also a short walk to the Old Town. One of the best stays amongst the other Accor hotels during my trip to Croatia and Germany.

Room is very comfortable and bright and clean. Parking lot is limited and some stairs to conquer. However the employees very nice, help to reserve the space and carried luggage for us. Front desk is very friendly and helpful both by check in and check out.

We stayed here over a week but we felt very short. Fermai Split MGallery has a perfect location in the town. It is very convenient to get in the old town UNESCO area. Not mention that the hotel building itself is a heritage site. The whole place was designed and decorated very elegantly. Every little detail shows some artistic features. That is what we like MGallery very much. The location is also very close a bus terminal. It is very convenient to visit the other towns nearby. Split is very beautiful. There are also many other gorgeous small towns around.
