Lack of empathy from management - buyer beware

We booked a one night stay via Expedia and accidently selected the wrong night. Despite trying to immediately contact the hotel to rectify the situation we were unable to talk to somebody until the following day. The manager refused to re-book our accommodation to the following night and held tight to the full fee. It was a simple mistake which we owned but they showed no empathy in assisting with a re-book and greedily took the full fee for us not staying at the hotel. I feel this was very poor behaviour, not very understanding and obviously profit driven.

Booked a 2 bedroom villa but stayed in a 3 with one door locked. Staff were great to deal with and very accommodating. A slightly later checkout was no issue at all. Heating in the unit was all going on arrival so toasty and warm. It's those touches you appreciate.

All our apartments have 3 Bedrooms in each however we make them available as one, two or three bedrooms to our guests hence the third bedroom was locked during your stay.
