I've stayed at Aanuka on many occasions however this time the rooms are really showing their age and are tired. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, cracked tiles in the main walking areas, broken screens on the windows, broken blinds in the bedrooms and living rooms. The floors were extremely dirty when we arrived, overall, the room didn't feel as clean as it could be. The accommodation is real need refurbishment, when you pay a premium price, you expect a bit better than just average. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous, this keeps me coming back. The score of 6 was based on the room, staff and service would receive a 10.

Abandoned Stay - only there 10 minutes.

We had to abandon our stay due to the damp, wood rot and mould in the room. The resort is VERY old and presents as if no upgrades have been completed in decades. Ive sent several emails to key staff requesting a refund but yet to hear back.
