Exceptional stay at hotel Novotel! I stayed here for 2 days and loved everything. Impressive hospitality, delicious food, friendly staff specially Vaishalli served us during breakfast. Amazing experience of Imagica, it ‘s like visiting India’s Disney Land. Will definitely return!

Stayed at Novotel during Diwali break and we had an outstanding experience. Extremely well maintained facility, great service and delicious food. Everyone was so supportive. There are many options to enjoy - Foosball, carroms, Chess and Table Tennis, besides the regular ones like gym and swimming pool.

Over-all experience was wonderful... Staff was very friendly.. specially vaishali mishra was helpful from restaurant... Stay was wonderful besides late reply from front office they all manage to give us the best guest service... Thank you Novotel team...

I think i am too late for this feedback however i would like to share my feedback i had a such an amazing time at the Novotel Khopoli very beautiful place staffs are so kind and helpful couldn’t remember the names properly but yes the lady took my checkin was so nice and the gentleman duty manager was so kind he had arranged a cake for us Thanks for the hospitality Will be visiting soon Warm Regards Muskan

It was a great stay at Novotel . All the services offered were awesome. For kids it was a great stay. They have indoor games, large swimming pool . And also whole hotel is non-smoking . Room services, in-room dining were awesome. Breakfast spread was great. Kids loved it a lot. Taha was very professional and helped us with all the food preferences . Thanks novotel .
