My second stay at the hotel was again very successful. The ladies at the reception were great, Mrs. Izabela and Mrs. Marta, smiling and cheerful, very nice. They do their job very professionally. Hotel very clean. Very good breakfast. The mattress in the room was very comfortable, which is important when staying in the hotel for a few days. I will use the hotel again in the future.

In general the experience was positive but the SPA facilities make the impresione to be dissatisfied. The water of the pool was VERY cold and the sauna was smelling bad (like there's not been cleaned since long).

Relatively bad experience for the hotel of this brand.

In general the hotel is well located, clean, the stuff is friendly. However the room that is sold as family room is extremely small. The room is noisy, the windows are not preventing outside noise. The housekeeping also was a very bad surprise. The bad did not even have a sheet. I never seen something like this in many years of my extensive travels.
