The Spice Market restaurant is truly a hidden gem! The food was nothing short of spectacular—each dish bursting with flavors that tantalized our taste buds and left us craving more. But what really took the experience to the next level was the impeccable service. Mr. Udin and Mr. Anto went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, attending to our needs with a level of care and attentiveness rarely seen. Their dedication made us feel like honored guests. We’ll definitely be back—gerne wieder!

Highly recommend - the location , the facilities , very relaxing… amazing spa treatments… Udin and Syukur were very friendly and provided great service when we had dinner at the Spice Market restaurant during our recent stay at Novotel Lombok.

Restaurant staff super helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Udin and Syukur for their extra efforts. Do not stay here without indulging in a massage session. The pool, the beach, the bicycle rental, the whole experience totally enjoyable.

We loved our stay at the Novotel Lombok so much. The room was lovely with comfy bed and gorgeous sunrise views. The pool and the beach were gorgeous and we were super impressed with the sun bed options. We thought the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were wonderful. Special mention for Gazali on reception for his helpfulness. Hope to return one day.
