Not a good experience for us due to lack of a good air conditioning system

Dear Mr.Rozenblum, Thank you for your feedback. As previously replied to you, we do care for our guest experience and that's why we changed you the room 2 times. Air conditioning was blowing from the vents but it needs a little time until room can be cold as by your preferred temperature. In your initial room, there was an issue, as already spoked, but in the other 2 rooms you changed the air condition needed time considering that Executive room has 2 rooms and needs more time to refresh. We are sorry that you didn't had a good experience at our hotel, thank you again for your reports that helps us to improve our services. Is clear that each of us want to have the best in a hotel and Air condition these days is very important. Our maintenance team is daily involved on monitoring all our 154 hotel rooms to make sure everything is working properly. We hope to welcome you again at our hotel for a better experience.
