Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero piacevole in questo resort e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Tutto il personale è sempre stato gentile, disponibile, sorridente e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Le camere venivano pulite e riordinate ogni giorno con grande cura. All'inizio abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con l'aria condizionata, ma per il resto il soggiorno è stato davvero ottimo. Anche l'area piscina era sempre pulita e ben tenuta. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato è stato il team di animazione: presente ma mai invadente, sempre educato, cordiale e capace di coinvolgere chi lo desiderava senza mettere a disagio chi preferiva rilassarsi. L'unico suggerimento che ci sentiamo di dare riguarda la ristorazione. Essendo un resort internazionale, ci saremmo aspettati una maggiore varietà di piatti, con pietanze internazionali gustose. Il menù era piuttosto ripetitivo e proponeva spesso gli stessi alimenti, come pollo, manzo, agnello e pesce in umido; così come per i dolci. In vacanza una persona prende qualche kilo, noi l'abbiamo perso. Nel complesso, però, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. Ringraziamo tutto lo staff per la professionalità, la disponibilità e l'ospitalità dimostrate. Consigliamo sicuramente questo resort a chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.
