Bellissimo resort, staff cordiale e disponibile, ottimo cibo. Purtroppo sono stati programmati i lavori di rifacimento di due piscine e dalle 10 alle 16 i lavori sono stati effettuati con martelli pneumatici provocando un rumore insopportabile e impedendo il relax. Questo per 5 giorni su 6 della nostra vacanza. Il resort non ha avvisato il nostro tour operator e a noi è stato detto che c'era un'emergenza e che il rumore sarebbe durato solo un paio di giorni. Considerata la grandezza del cantiere e la quantità degli operai al lavoro, dubitiamo si trattasse di un'emergenza e di lavori non previsti. Purtroppo questo episodio ha rovinato la nostra vacanza e non è stata trovata una soluzione.

Molto positivo il resort con piccoli bungalow, camere pulite, spaziose e con bella vista mare, bella spiaggia con ombrelloni distanziati, ottima colazione e bella la merenda pomeridiana, staff attento e cortese. Da migliorare i ristoranti, tutti con qualità non alla altezza del resort e la manutenzione, poichè alcune zone del resort sono state chiuse senza che fossimo stati preventivamente avvisati

Kindly allow us to clarify that certain areas were temporarily closed due to urgent maintenance and for safety reasons. Buon giorno è la terza volta che veniamo quest’anno è stata la peggiore sul mangiare nel ristorante a buffet tutto mangiare internazionale e meno italiano e all’inclusive sempre più piatti a pagamento soprattutto quelli italiani . E avendo parlato più volte con quello delle polizie camere che volevamo le polizie per le 10:00 ci venivano fatte a parte un paio di volte a tardi giornata . Invece come villaggio e spiaggia e piscina dare un bel 10
