地理位置佳，离热闹街区几十米。周围有便利店、药店、巧克力店、超市、服装店，餐饮店也有很多，还有大商场。房内空间挺大，卫浴干湿分离，晚上也很安静，早餐丰富。唯一不足的街道较小，大巴进不了也不是大问题。
