We are deeply sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had during your visit to Budapest. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with both the surrounding environment and certain aspects of the service provided at the hotel. We understand how important the cleanliness and safety of the neighborhood are to your overall experience. While we cannot control the condition of the city, please be assured that the hotel management has taken steps to ensure the safety and security of all our guests. We have partnered with a trusted security company that not only manages our surveillance system but also provides on-site security and preventive measures. Regarding your experience with service and check-out, we regret the inconvenience caused by the receipt issue and the lack of follow-up from our team.
