布達佩斯是匈牙利第一大城,可惜整座城市充滿尿騷味🤢,即便是我下塌的這個飯店附近也一樣,旁邊的地鐵站還有巷道全都是尿尿和臭味⋯⋯,我們7年前和5年前來的時候就是這樣,完全沒有進步,當然這不是飯店的問題,但是對於國外遊客而言,飯店附近的環境安全跟住宿品質有很大的關係,而飯店本身也已經老舊,尚未完成重新裝修,跟原本的期待是有落差,感覺整個匈牙利的發展有待改善,老百姓似乎對於國家城市的提升也無感,所以不會進步!我們想我們很難再來布達佩斯!我們本身是ALL的會員,但是,對於這飯店的服務有些不滿意,我們退房時人員說系統當機,無法給我收據,說晚幾個小時會寄到我的信箱⋯⋯,結果完全沒有,我還透過訂房系統催了三次,一直鬼打牆,還是無法拿到收據!最後我們受不了了,直接衝到飯店櫃檯,終於拿到收據!真的很糟糕的體驗!我們已經開始對ALL的管理感到失望,雖然多數住宿的經驗是好的!但是發現越來越差了!所以我們也開始沒有忠誠度了!

刷我费用刷了两次,第一天入住刷了一次,走的时候又刷了我一笔,第一天的汇率高一些,第二天多刷的一次欧元汇福林少一些,然后refund的时候还想撤第一天福林少的一笔,我也是无语了,refund在我离店后都没显示返还,积分也等了好久也没到账
