Dear Mr. O., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay at ibis Styles Tallinn. First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced during check-in. We understand that after travelling, guests should be welcomed and settled into their rooms as efficiently as possible. Your comments regarding the friendliness and attitude of our reception team have also been taken seriously and will be addressed internally. I am particularly sorry about the issue with your room cleaning. I understand how frustrating it must have been to return to your room in the evening and find that it had not been serviced, especially when you had not requested for housekeeping to be skipped. Being told otherwise and then having to request additional towels is understandably disappointing. I also regret that the interaction with our reception team regarding this matter left you feeling uncomfortable. We will be reviewing the housekeeping communication and room-status procedures with the relevant teams to ensure that guest requests and preferences are accurately recorded and communicated. We will also reinforce the importance of professional and respectful communication when handling such situations. Regarding the umbrellas, thank you for pointing this out. Tallinn's weather can certainly be unpredictable, and we understand that having sufficient umbrellas available for guests is an important practical service. We will review our current supply to ensure we are better prepared during rainy periods. Thank you once again for your honest and constructive feedback.
