Room design is quite nice, cosy. Liked the concept and colors. Relaxing. Cleanliness is good. Price Vs Value is ok. Really close to the airport. 7 minutes max.

02.10.2025 perşembe gecesi İbis Styles İstanbul Kurtköy Otelde konakladım. Otel lokasyon olarak havaalanına yakın olması nedeniyle tercih sebebi olabilir. Otel odası daha önce kalmış olduğum İbis Otel odalarına göre büyük ve ferahtı. Sabah uyandığımda duş aldım. Kolyemi duş alırken banyonun kapı arkasına taktım. Duş sonrası otelden ayrıldım. Ankaraya doğru yola çıktım. Gün içerisinde kolyemin olmadığını fark ettim. Oteli aradım, bana " email atmam gerektiği" söylendi. Email attım bana kolyenin odada olmadığı söylendi. Tekrar email attım. Kesinlikle otel de unuttuğumu tekrar kontrol edilmesini istedim. Ancak ne yazık ki yine olumsuz dönüş oldu. Bu durum beni çok üzdü. Markaya yakışmayan bir durum ne yazık ki.

Değerli Misafirimiz, Geri bildiriminiz için teşekkür ederiz. Yaşadığınız bu durum nedeniyle üzgün olduğumuzu bildirmek isteriz. Ancak ozellike hatirlatmaktak isterim ki, değerli eşyalarinizinmuhafazasi için tum odalarimizda ucretsiz olarak kullaniminiza sunulmus kilitli kasalarimiz bulunmkatadir. Otelden ayrilmaniz uzerine yapilan oda temizligi asamasinda ve sonrasinda durumu bizlere bildirmenizin ardindan yapilan ek kontrollerde de kolyenize rastlanamamistir. Bu durumda marka olarak standartlarimizi size hissettirebilmek adina uygulanabilecek baska bir opsiyon maalesef ki bulunmamaktadir. Yuksek marka standartlarimiz ve ust duzey misafirperverlik anlayisimizin bir geregi olarak, otelimizde "Kayip & Bulunan" esya proseduru ciddi bir disiplin ile uygulanmaktadir. Bunun akabinde otelimizde daha once de unutulmus olan bir cok yuksek maddi ve manevi degere sahip esya, sahiplerine sorunsuz bir sekilde iade edilebilmistir. Nous avons séjourné quelques heures dans cet hôtel le temps d’une escale entre deux vols. Situé à 5 minutes de l’aéroport, cet hôtel très récent est très agréable. Prix raisonnable, décoration moderne et soignée. Accueille souriant. Literie extrêmement confortable. Le quartier en revanche n’a aucun intérêt mais la proximité avec l’aéroport fait de cet hôtel un bon point de chute. Je recommande

04.07.2025 прилетел в Турцию по работе и остановился в данном отеле. Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями. Во-первых, расположение отеля оказалось очень удобным — рядом магазины, кафе и самое главное Аэропорт в 5-ти минутах!!!!!Номера просторные, чистые и оснащены всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Особенно порадовала удобная кровать и хороший кондиционер — после насыщенного рабочего дня это было очень кстати. Очень важно, что есть русскоязычный персонал! Спасибо вам огромно, обязательно вернусь

Nada mas llegar he visto una mancha en la cama, se notaba que estaba limpia pero no es normal. No se limpio la habitación en mi segundo dia de estancia y el primer dia el vater no se limpió. Los recepcionistas parecen robots, no sonrien parece que no les gusta el trabajo. Zonas comunes limpias y correctas. Aire acondicionado hace un pitido que no te deja descansar. Los colchones pesan poco y con el movimiento al estar echado se mueven.
