First of most, we apologize you for making you feel disappointed during stay.  We are particularly concerned to learn about the high-pitched noise from the windows, the drafts in the room, and the unpleasant odor from the toilet or drainage system. These issues do not reflect the standards we strive to provide, and we regret that they affected your comfort. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team for immediate investigation and corrective action.   We also understand your disappointment regarding the lack of alternative rooms being available during your stay. While room availability can occasionally be limited, we recognize how frustrating this can be for our guests and appreciate your understanding. Regarding the room configuration, we acknowledge your comments concerning the sleeping arrangements for your child. We understand that other hotels during your trip were able to provide a separate bed at a lower rate, and we appreciate your perspective when comparing the value and amenities offered.
