Wunderschönes, erst kürzlich eröffnetes Fairmont mit gigantischem 360° Ausblick, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem kundenorientiert, ohne dass es übertrieben war. Tolles Spa mit Pool. Sehr gute Gold Lounge.

Schöne Aussicht, enttäuschender Service Die Aussicht auf den Tokyo Tower ist sehr schön und wirklich beeindruckend. Leider war der Service nicht gut und sehr langsam. Beim Frühstück mussten wir fast eine Stunde warten, bis das Hauptgericht serviert wurde. Die Getränke kamen auch erst, nachdem wir zweimal nachgefragt haben. Der Guest Service war ebenfalls sehr langsam. Nach einer Stunde gab es keine Antwort, und ans Telefon ging niemand. Am Ende mussten wir selbst zur Rezeption gehen. Dort wurde uns gesagt, dass die gewünschten Sachen in das falsche Zimmer gebracht wurden. Auch beim Check-out gab es Probleme. Wir mussten selbst sagen, welche Getränke wir aus der Minibar genommen haben, und die Rechnung wurde sehr langsam erstellt. Nur die Aussicht entspricht einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Für diesen Service bin ich in Zukunft nicht bereit zu bezahlen.

This is not the level of hospitality we strive to provide, and I truly appreciate your candor in explaining where we failed to meet your expectations. While we are pleased to know you found the view of Tokyo Tower impressive and your accommodation clean, it is clear that our service, from breakfast and guest services to check-out, was unacceptably slow and inattentive. Waiting nearly an hour for a breakfast course, having to repeatedly ask for drinks, and receiving no response from guest services for over an hour are not standards we accept. It is equally disappointing to hear that our team's attentiveness at reception and during your departure did not make you feel welcomed or valued, especially as a returning guest. Your specific points regarding the lack of variety in the breakfast menu and the procedural issues with minibar billing and checkout have been noted and will be reviewed directly with the respective department heads. We are also reinforcing training with our front desk team to ensure a more proactive and guest-facing presence. We deeply regret that your experience has impacted your willingness to return.
