Dear Marcia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your stay at The Fuzzy Log was so uncomfortable. We sincerely apologize that your bed was not properly prepared upon arrival and that you had to request a bottom sheet. This should have been handled correctly from the beginning. We also regret the inconvenience regarding towel storage and the housekeeping arrangements during your stay. We understand that the lack of daily towel changes, together with the noise and limited sound insulation, negatively affected your comfort. Apesar de o hotel estar bem localizado tudo o resto deixou a desejar. A nossa cama não estava feita, tive de pedir para acrescentarem o lençol de baixo. Não havia sitio para deixar as toalhas de banho e o hotel clama que não há a troca diária para quem está no Fuzzy log. Muito ruído, ouve se tudo de quem está a volta. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Optei por esse hotel tendo em vista os preços exorbitantes d. hospedagem em Liubliana, mas já sabia que não era o estilo d. hotel para uma pessoa da minha idade (70). No entanto tudo correu bem. Para os jovens é uma opção cool, para idosos não.

A estrutura é muito boa e perto do centro histórico. Quartos cápsulas são interessantes. Único ponto negativo foi a limpeza dos banheiros, que não estava muito boa.

Nunca tínhamos ficado num hostel com o conceito de cápsulas e decidimos experimentar. O hostel tem condições e áreas comuns espetaculares. No geral foi boa, a unica coisa que achei ruim foi a climatizacao nao ser individualizada. O ar quente estava muito forte deixando o ar extremamente ressecado. Foi dificil dormir.
