Dear Luiz Carlos Moreira S., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Styles Ljubljana Centre. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I have personally reviewed your reservation details and spoke with my staff to see where it went wrong. Unfortunately, there was an error in the synchronization of the rate codes between the Accor website and our reservations system which is why the receptionist could not see that you already had breakfast included in your reservation. We have noticed this issue and are working with Accor to resolve it as fast as we can to prevent future occurrence. I do apologize for the employees attitude towards you and your family - we will be discussing this matter with them further as it is our policy to provide the best customer service possible.
