The room wasn’t ready yet at around 14.00 , checked in at almost 15.00 . Not an issue, i was okay with this. Upon checking in, i wasn’t told if i was given a room upgrade (?) , but my room was on a high floor with a decent view, so i believe it i got an upgrade. I was a little bit disappointed when i entered the room, i found nothing on the table. No welcome snacks, no fruits or cakes, no wine, no nothing that welcomes me for my stay at Pullman Hotel, not even a simple greeting card. Literally nothing. This literally was my very first experience staying at accor that i felt like a stranger and didn’t really feel welcome. I asked the receptionist , and someone sent me my wine an hour later. Stayed here for 4 nights, no basic amenities in the room. No toothbrush, no shaver, i fount it weird. Asked for it on the 3rd night of my stay, and a housekeeper brought them to the room. Aside from that, the staffs were all great, friendly, and helpful. Service was fast. Room was clean. I was given free breakfast for a day, appreciate it.
