While I understand you requested a twin room upon arrival, we were fully booked at that time. We did offer a twin room of a lower category to accommodate your request, but you chose to remain in your original room. After reviewing our records, I can confirm that our team member assisted you with your luggage upon arrival, although they were briefly engaged with other guests in the lobby.
