Nettes Personal, zentrale Lage und cooles Design sowie entspannte Lounge/Rooftop. Ruhige Zimmer. Parking muss zusätzlich (22€ mind. 2 Wochen vorher gebucht werden) oder in der Garage daneben für 35€! Weiter weg 11€ (Bahnhof). Toilette nicht blickdicht und nur durch eine dünne Schiebetür verschlossen. Fussel und Staub am Boden, sonst sehr sauber. Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück, eine Stunde vor Ende vieles leer gegessen, für den Hotelpreis schade.

Wir hatten das große Zimmer mit Sofa für 7 Nächte gebucht. Die größeren Zimmer befinden sich in der 7. Etage, wo sich auch die Rezeption und der Frühstücksbereich befindet, diese sind nicht barrierefrei und nur über eine kleine Treppe erreichbar. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden Arbeiten am Teppich im Flur ausgeführt, was zusätzlich belastend war. Jedoch ist das eigentliche Problem der Zimmer, die fehlende Schallisolierung. Man hört nahezu jedes Geräusch vom Nachbarzimmer, Toilettenspülung, Schritte bis hin zum Betätigen des Lichtschalters. Wir hatten zuerst das Zimmer 702 in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Rezeption und Lobby. Aufgrund der Bauarbeiten stand die Tür zum Flur offen, wodurch man jedes Wort der Gäste und von der Rezeption hörte. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns auf Bitten ein anderes Zimmer weiter hinten im Flur angeboten, aber wie gesagt auch dort war an ruhige Nächte nicht zu denken. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig aber nicht wirklich in einem akzeptablen Zustand. Die Tapete löste sich teilweise von der Wand, der Abfluss im Waschbecken war etwas verstopft, so dass das Wasser nur sehr langsam ablief. Auch die große Dusche hatte ihre Macken, die Regendusche drückte das Wasser mehr nach oben weg als durch die Düsen. Das Badkonzept mit der Schiebetür zwischen Toilette und Dusche ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache, für uns war es aber okay. Leider lies auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers zu Wünschen übrig. Unter Bett und Sofa sollte man lieber nicht schauen. Alles in allem kann man dieses Ibis nicht empfehlen, die Zusammenlegung mit dem Ibis Fuzzy Log ist für die Hotelgäste eher störend, da sie ja nicht in einem Hostel absteigen wollten, da hilft auch nicht der nette Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Burg hinweg. Einzige Pluspunkte sind das freundliche Personal und die gute Lage zu Altstadt und Bahnhof, ansonsten zu laut für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
