Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We take into account your comments. Please note that a weekly cleaning is standard for serviced apartments. I am also sorry to see that the free change of towels was not appreciated from your side. I would like to emphasize that plugs are not allowed in bathrooms as per Maltese laws and that the fire alarm was triggered by a guest who had his food burnt while cooking, it was not a false alarm. I understand that this can be frustrating but the safety of our guests is always our priority. Sincerely, Alain Masson General Manager
