We have just arrived home after our stay at the the 1932. The staff are wonderful so friendly and helpful, they are a credit to you. Hotel is in a great position a Hirt walk from the beach and the town of Juan les pins. The hotel has recently been refurbished love the 1930’s decor. The 1932 party held on the roof top was fabulous. My only suggestion would be to please utilise the breakfast room during the day and the evening, if the weather lets you down you would have a nice alternative space for guests as the roof top bar cannot be used during bad weather and please can the roof top bar open before 12 noon.

Prima hotel met goede voorzieningen. Locatie is lekker centraal en kamers zijn goed uitgerust. Mooi uitzicht over zee. Leuke inrichting in art deco stijl en ambiance. Mooie rooftop met uitzicht over Juan les Pins en de middellandse zee. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Excellent Customer Service for this New Property, Front Desk Lacks Follow up Skills, Glassware Consistently Dirty

I was looking for an Accor property in the Nice area (full disclosure: I am a Diamond member). There's no great properties in Nice and decided to give the Le 1932 Hotel & Spa Cap d'Antibes - MGallery a try. I spent about 10 nights at this property. You can tell it's a newly opened property, not only by the look of the property (everything is spanking new) but staff training: everyone know their training book really well. What's outstanding is customer service. There's a genuine emphasis on trying to be helpful. I enjoyed my stay at this property, the Accor Diamond benefits were all provided except one: complimentary breakfast on weekends. There's a genuine confusion whether this should be provided or not. The hotel does not show on the list of properties providing complimentary breakfast. Note the the breakfast charges a whopping $30 for a buffet! Couple of let downs: - When you ask for something, there is no follow-up. I asked for tea bags, never heard of them. I asked for the bill to be sent by email, had to check-in twice - Glassware was consistently dirty, either coffee mugs that were replaced, or bathroom glasses. Not sure why. Le 1932 Hotel & Spa Cap d'Antibes - MGallery guest tips: - The property is located 10 minutes away walking to the train station ("Juan les Pins"). From there, you can catch a train to Nice. It's $4-$5 and 30+ minutes. - If you lie coffee, I'd recommend "La Torref De Fersen" downtown Antibes (a 30-minute walk) or NOMADS Coffee (also a 30-minute walk).

Quiet winter relaxation

Checked in for a post Christmas/New Year getaway. Beautiful hotel with a large room and lovely terrace with partial ocean view. Really nice room with lovely appointments. A few minor building defects though like bad paining and a dodgy light fitting Is a really nice location though Juan-Les-Pins very quiet- was perfect for me but not great if you're after a lively area. Also a shame that the rooftop restaurant and bar is closed during winter. Overall a great hotel and lovely relaxing area during winter.
