We would like to clarify that the situation was unfortunately the result of a city-wide water supply disruption that occurred on New Year’s Eve and affected the entire city of Tallinn, including hospitals, hotels, and residential buildings. The hotel’s plumbing system itself was functioning properly, and the issue was not related to the floor on which your room was located. Regrettably, this information was not communicated as clearly as we would have wished, and we sincerely apologize for this miscommunication. We fully understand your frustration regarding the limited options available for showering and are very sorry that you had to endure this situation. Occurrences like this are extremely rare and beyond the hotel’s control. For your reference, official information regarding the city-wide outage was published by local news portals. One such example can be found via ERR News, Estonia’s public broadcaster. Should you decide to stay with us again in the future, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel.
