Stayed here two nights on a business trip. The service was friendly in all areas of the hotel, some staff were really helpful and flexible. The facilities were clean and the room very nice. The sustainability focus was good but could be improved with other soap options than single-use. The breakfast was excellent but lunch/dinner didn’t impress. Location was good and pretty central.

An excellent weekend stay, staff were friendly, room was clean, comfortable and had lots of extra little luxuries such as gown and slippers. Breakfast was delicious with a very wide choice of items. Hotel well situated with just a few minutes walk to both old town and new town and only 20 mins in taxi from airport.Would definitely recommend a stay.

Beautiful modern hotel with so many great offers. Super friendly and service minded staff. We stayed at the hotel for three days for a business trip and used one of their conference rooms and were super happy with it. The location of the hotel is also good

We had a fantastic stay for my wife's birthday. Our room was upgraded with an amazing view of the city and harbour. A birthday cake delivered to our room was a really nice surprise. Great gym and leisure facilities. The location is perfect to enjoy the city centre and the Old Town. Really looking forward to staying again.

Pleasant stay. clean, nice room/beds, good location, friendly staff. However spa was a huge disappointment.

Juuso N Friends getaway - TripAdvisor 인증 리뷰

Hotel very nice but spa is badly equipped and poor. Was expecting much better for 5star hotel, but other than spa everything was superb. However if you want to enjoy from relaxing spa services, this is not your place. No jacuzzis, no bar, nothing other than 1pool and 2saunas. Check in and out was fast, views very nice from the panoramic views on top floors.
