Dear Sasja V. H., Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, and it is disheartened to know that you decided to shorten your stay. While our hotel is usually a destination for relaxation and disconnection, it is true that during the Easter season, and its week before and ahead extension, it becomes due to our location and facilities, an area seek by families. The sound insulation of the suites is a point of concern that we take seriously, and we are reviewing your specific suite to understand the issues.
