One of the best in breed on the Black Sea region. Especially in demi-season period. The great atmosphere inside the hotel. Service at the top level. The food is 8 points out of 10. Very close to sea. Best inner pools. The place enough for all guests. Safe territory. We have been here three time and have only positive emotions.

Areas to improve: 1. Not enough people to clean tables in dining area - not enough free tables to sit 2. Snack bar food near the pool is stored open air and had flies on it 3. Queue for drinks at snack bar - only one person to provide drinks, other people not helping 4. No fresh fruits at snack bar 5. No variety of drinks in fridges - only Arkhyz still water 6. Sun beds had rolling cover on them - not possible to lay still 7. Not enough shade on territory due to tall no trees 8. No personal/group manager in WhatsApp as done in premium all-inclusive hotels
