The staff took very good care of us. We couldn’t check in on the first night because the bus and train to Takayama were canceled due to heavy rain. After contacting the hotel, they were very supportive. There was even a Thai staff member who gave us helpful advice on how to get to Takayama. They also kindly waived the cost of the first night. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train and bus stations. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell.
