Disgusting treatment by obnoxious rude female receptionist

Rude and obnoxious female member of reception staff who threatened me with calling the police due to her not giving us all of our booked rooms. Couldn’t understand that 2 rooms were on one reservation so refused to give me a room key but has charged me for one nights stay when we didn’t even have a room key! Then gave our group a single room which they joked and called the ‘urinal room’ due to the smell of urine instead of the superior twin room that was booked back in December 2023! Honestly worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Plenty of much better hotels in the area with much friendlier staff!

very clean rooms and bathroom. courtesi kettle is only inside some rooms...should be in every room. coffe and tea bags were not replaced.... beds are confortable sofa is not if those few things are improved it will be an excellent hotel near underground and train from airport

Poor experience

The hotel was not worth the cost. The room was poor and not clean. The bathroom smelled of the sewer and it was smelling in the room too. The aircon did not work and the noise fra the street was so loud you could not open the windows. All together it was a very poor experience and we will definitely not Come back again. Choose another hotel.

Very recommended hotel for weekdays but not weekends

The hotel is well maintained with very nice staff and a very good breakfast. The pricing is also very reasonable and the location is perfect for shopping and transportation in and out of the city. The only problem (and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars) is the fact that there is a club just across the street from the hotel, and during weekend nights there is super loud music playing that is well heard even with closed windows on the rooms facing the front. If you can get a back room there’s no problem, but if you plan to stay on Thursday-Sunday and are in a front facing room I wouldn’t recommend if you care about sleeping…

Pros and Cons but the safety issue was my biggest concern. We stayed here for 4 nights and liked the location a lot for the price. Near food, transportation and anything you can want. Even a nearby laundromat was good. The staff at the desk was nice and helpful every time I stopped. The breakfast looked fine, but we didn’t pay extra for it. The bed was comfortable. The Cons: I love there is no carpet, carpets are nasty. But the floor was dirty enough we had to put a towel down to wipe our feet before getting into bed. It was cool out so we needed the window open. One window was set to not open. The 3rd night there the other huge window began to fall out of the frame. DH had to hold it in place and prop it with a towel. We didn’t want to tell the desk because we figured they would lock it closed and it was too stuffy for that. I am grateful I noticed, were it to fall it would have been awful! The window is about 5’X6’ and very heavy. The other HUGE safety issue is the shower. It is a small, about 3’X3’. The supply knob is in the center and moves up/down/hot/cold very easily. Both of us accidentally hit it and would have scorched ourselves if we weren’t quick. I would be very leery about a child taking a shower in there. It was very slippery with no mat.
