Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologise that the issue with your room fridge was not resolved during your stay. I completely understand your frustration, particularly as you reported the fault on the day you arrived and felt your concerns were not acted upon over the following four days. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and I am sorry that this resulted in you ending your stay early and moving to another hotel. Your feedback has been shared with both our reception and maintenance teams so we can review what happened and ensure we respond more effectively when issues are reported. We also recognise that the current fridge design is not performing as effectively as it should. We are actively working on a design solution to improve the performance of our in-room fridges and hope to have this in place very soon. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
