We went with a big gang of mates for an exclusive dining night in a private room and from start to finish the experience was top drawer. The hotel is perfectly located on the seafront with a brilliant view of the bay, parking was plentiful and the staff very much on the button. Sipping arrival drinks from the substantial terrace set the tone for a tip top night where the food was right up there! Our room was a privilege suite and I slept like a log Breakfast was busy but we got a good spot and I enjoyed the vast offering

We we t for the night for a private dining experience. What an absolute pleasure it was. The hotel has an enviable location on Paynton seafront with incredible views of the bay. The menu and food that the chef created for us was exceptional, and as good as some of the Michelin-star restaurants I've been lucky to eat at. Check-in was smooth, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and we wanted for nothing. hotel for going above and beyond. The car park is tight and limited, but we arrived early and there was plenty of space. I'd like to thank the hotel for going above and beyond.

Nice sea. Front hotel with a lovely view of the pier. Rooms clean bed large bathroom great walk in shower . Toiletries are a nice touch lifts to all floors.Biscuits are dry and could be better coffee pods a nice bonus.Breakfast is ok could be a better experience with various yoghurts and nicer bread and no clear information that you can request poached eggs and hash browns. Special mention to John on reception friendly and helpful.

Right on the seafront, we booked ibis next door but they upgraded us as they weren't busy enough and we got a nice double room, all modern, only issues we had were the shower screen is pointless and they charge you £15 for parking in their car park which is a pet hate, also it's only £12 on the seafront across the road, breakfast was pretty standard and most staff were excellent.
